Meet the TEAM (small but Amazing)
Sibylle
Sibylle was born in Germany and lives in Melbourne.
After studying Politics, History and English at Cologne University she worked in England, Scotland and Australia as a language teacher for individuals, schools and various companies.

Her teaching roles have included corporate training for Mitel in Wales, grammar and conversational classes for individuals at Bristol Language School.

She worked for Edinburgh University where she lectured German History in context with current affairs to Scottish High School teachers.
During her career in Melbourne she has taught various evening classes, workshops, private classes and VCE students at language schools and companies like Siemens, Bosch and Stiebel Eltron at all levels. She is currently working for Caulfield Grammar School to assist students with their language skills and help preparing them for their VCE exams. Sibylle also works as an Assessor for the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority in Victoria. She has therefor a thorough understanding of the oral and written exam procedures.Her latest professional German language adventure took her to the film set of the upcoming Australian movie “Living Space”, directed by Steven Spiel. Sibylle translated part of the dialogue into German and worked as a language coach to ensure accuracy of pronunciation by actors Jolene Anderson and Andy McPhee.
Leah
Leah was born in London to a German mother and an Australian father. Raised in Australia, Leah has been bilingual her whole life, being brought up in a household with a German mother. Having completed her German VCE  studies  in 2015 with a study score of 51, Leah’s interest in the language and passion for teaching the German to others has resulted in her tutoring  at Language Excellence since early 2018. In 2017, Leah completed a TEFL course, teaching English to non-English speakers. With experience from the course and her own enthusiasm, Leah plans her classes with care, whether it be groups or VCE students.
